5. Product Information and Inventory: Excluding any content that may be submitted by You from time to time, Gift4you strives to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, and other errors or inaccuracies, which Gift4you may correct without liability. Gift4you also reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by You and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged). Gift4you does not guarantee that all products described on the Website will be available.
6. PaymentAll payments must be received by Gift4you prior to shipment of Order. Gift4you accepts payment by net banking, credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery.
7. Order Processinga: Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within two Business Days for stock held readily at Gift4you’s warehouse. Delivery timeline for Personalized products may be 20 business days excluding shipping. For the purpose of this Term, the term “Business Days” shall mean Saturday and Sunday, Indian Bank Holidays.b. Gift4you provides expedited shipping upon the customer opting for the same at checkout.
8. Shipping and Handlinga: Subject to return of products under Clause 9 (a)(i), Gift4you offers standard & Express shipping all over India on all pre-packed boxes and products. For the purpose of this clause 8, pre-packed boxes shall mean and include such boxes, bags, and packages that are curated, designed, and packed by Gift4you exclusively. Standard shipping and express shipping options are available on all products, based on availability, and shall be charged in addition to the price of selected product. Such shipping fees shall be as displayed on product checkout. Gift4you does not ship any of its product outside India.b. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Gift4you is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to You upon product(s) delivery or service rendered to You.c. Shop orders, ready in stock, will ship within 2 (two) Business Days of being processed as per clause 7 for all in-stock items. Gift4you will email Your tracking information as soon as possible.
9. Return of Products and Replacementsa: Gift4you offers a 1-week replacement warranty for all products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned here in below:i. You will notify Gift4you of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by the customer.ii. Gift4you shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.iii. In the event that You fail to inform Gift4you within the stipulated time frame and condition set out in Clause 9(a)(i), Gift4you reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement request at its sole discretion.iv. Gift4you will replace/repair the defective product depending upon the warranty of the product at no extra cost. Gift4you will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, Gift4you reserves the right to offer an alternate product or refund for that particular product in case the returned product is out of stock/ production.v. You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including but not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, and food items.
10. Refund Policy: You understand and acknowledge that all sales are final.
11. Order Changes and Cancellationa: Any product additions, quantity changes, or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details before the order has been shipped.b. Orders canceled before shipment shall be charged a restocking fee of 7% of the order value. Orders cannot be canceled once product(s) have been shipped. Personalized products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.c. Gift4you may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve Your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by You.d. Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers, and Personalized Products.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution: The Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or/and relating to the Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Hyderabad.
